Egg Casserole

Cracker or Bread Crumbs
2 Spoonfuls Margarine
4-5 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Meat - any type
1/4 Cup Carrots Grated or Shredded
1/2 Cup Cheese

In a small baking dish,
Line the bottom with cracker or bread crumbs
Melt margarine & pour over crumbs
In a bowl beat until fluffy,
4-6 eggs, dump on crumbs,
Chop your choice of meats and pour over top of eggs,
Shred carrots and put this on top,
Shred Cheese (any type)
sprinkle over top
Bake 350 for approx 45 mins
or until all puffed up,
