Yogurt Chicken

1 Chicken Breast - boneless, skinless
1/4 - 1/2 Cup rice - pre cooked
3 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp Rye Flour
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 tbsp Parsley - chopped

Chop up Chicken into bite sized pieces
Place in buttered baking dish
Dump Pre-cooked rice over this
In a pan melt Butter, Sprinkle flour, paprika and lemon juice over this
Stirring and cook 1 min
Stir in yogurt and mix well
Spoon over Chicken, Sprinkle with Parsley
Bake uncovered in pre heated 325 over for about 30 min
if meat is raw bake 30 min or 10 min if meat was cooked
